Key Responsibilities: \- Daily supervision of on-site activities. \- Reading and interpretation of architectural, structural, and topographic drawings. \- Conducting topographic surveys and verifying levels, centerlines, and alignments. \- Preparing construction quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. \- Monitoring physical progress and executed volumes. \- Coordinating personnel and contractors. \- Preparing progress reports and tracking project schedules. \- Verifying quality, safety, and project compliance. Requirements: \- Education: Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. \- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction supervision. \- Verifiable experience in surveying work. \- Experience preparing construction quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. \- Proficiency with surveying equipment (total station, level, etc.). \- Knowledge of construction processes, quantity surveying, and construction control. \- Ability to travel and willingness to move between job sites. \- Availability for on-site work.
