* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * More than 5 years of experience in Construction Management or the industrial real estate sector. * Experience managing projects with commercial contractors, industrial property owners, or their representatives. * Experience in industrial building maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, painting, façades, HVAC, etc.). * Advanced English proficiency. * Experience or aptitude for property improvements, roofing, construction, tenant improvements, and renovations. * Proficiency or ability to quickly learn new technologies (e.g., Excel, MS Project, Google Earth, ACAD Viewer, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet).
