JOB OBJECTIVE Promote, advise on, and sell life insurance products by providing consultative support to prospective and insured clients, ensuring achievement of sales targets, proper file documentation, and portfolio retention, thereby contributing to the sustainable growth of the business. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES 1\. Conduct periodic visits to active agents within the Company to build greater trust and foster strong relationships that enable collaboration and achievement of short- and long-term business objectives. 2\. Recruit agents through various channels, in accordance with the Organization’s established policies and procedures, to maintain a consistent sales force that contributes to achieving business objectives. 3\. Accompany and advise agents during their visits to various clients, supporting them in consultations, building trust, and reinforcing the Company’s image and credibility to consolidate the sales model. 4\. Advise agents on technical questions and concerns to ensure accurate communication of product and organizational information, thereby facilitating high-quality sales that support business objectives. 5\. Monitor accounts due for renewal to maintain institutional loyalty. Required Profile MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN GROUP LIFE INSURANCE Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics or administration-related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years as a commercial executive.
