The AI Development Coordinator’s primary objective is to feed models with business rules and standards so that decisions are always aligned with compliance. The mission of the AI and Supply Chain Agents Strategy Leader is to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of artificial intelligence solutions—from conceptualization through end-to-end (E2E) implementation within the Control Tower. This role is strategic, acting as the principal architect of the automation and optimization vision, ensuring that AI capabilities not only improve operational efficiency but also fundamentally transform visibility and resilience across the entire supply chain network, delivering direct and measurable impact on business outcomes. **A Day in the Life of...** * Coordinate Implementation and Deployment: Lead cross-functional teams (data scientists, software engineers, supply chain experts) to ensure successful implementation of AI agents—from prototype phase through deployment into production environments. * Manage Change and Adoption: Act as an AI ambassador, communicating the value of these solutions to key stakeholders and facilitating adoption of new tools and processes through change management. * Design E2E Solutions: Oversee the design of scalable and robust AI architectures, ensuring proposed solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems and business objectives. * Lead Strategic Conceptualization: Define the AI roadmap for the Control Tower, identifying high-impact opportunities for automation and data-driven decision-making. * Optimize Performance and Value: Monitor AI agents’ performance in production and oversee their continuous improvement to ensure they maximize value, impact on KPIs, and return on investment. **What Will Make You Successful** * Degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Systems, Robotics and/or Programming. * Knowledge of SQL and Python. * Analytical ability
