




Job Summary: We are seeking a recruitment assistant with an excellent attitude to serve as the company’s first point of contact and manage candidate sourcing, screening, follow-up, and recruitment strategy development. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for active candidate sourcing and screening. 2. Conducts initial interviews and timely follow-up. 3. Supports onboarding of new talent and develops strategies. **We seek a recruitment assistant with an excellent attitude, as you will be the company’s first point of contact when communicating with candidates.** **Responsibilities** * Actively source candidates via social media and job platforms. * Screen resumes and job applications. * Conduct initial phone and/or virtual interviews. * Timely follow up with candidates to facilitate hiring. * Support early-stage hiring processes to ensure proper onboarding. * Develop recruitment strategies. **Skills** * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Organization and attention to detail. * Proficiency in digital tools (social media, platforms such as Indeed, Canva, databases, etc.). **Benefits** * Monthly base salary. * Biweekly payments. * Statutory benefits. * Salary increases. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Requirements** * Minimum required experience: 7 months to 1 year (verifiable). * Experience in mass recruitment of operational staff (desirable). * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field. * Availability to occasionally visit our clients in SMO, Cuautitlán, and Tultitlán. ***Work Location*** * *On-site* at Vista Hermosa, Tlalnepantla (as reference, located across from Vista Hermosa Park).
