Personnel Administration and Payroll** * Personnel file creation and updates. * Payroll-related incidents. **3. Organizational Culture and Climate** * Supporting internal events and team-building activities. * Implementing organizational culture initiatives. **4. Training and Development** * Identifying training needs. * Coordinating logistics for internal and external training courses. **5.
