Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection of operational staff (security guards). Posting vacancies on various job platforms. Conducting initial interviews and candidate screening. Field recruitment (job fairs, booths, and strategic locations). Integration and control of onboarding files. Tracking the hiring process and vacancy coverage. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in mass or operational staff recruitment. Preferably experience in the private security sector. Proficiency in job boards and social media. Strong communication skills and goal-oriented work approach. Availability for occasional field recruitment. Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
