




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to manage payroll calculation and processing, ensuring tax compliance and benefits administration, with attention to detail and analytical capability. Key Highlights: 1. Central role in comprehensive payroll management and tax compliance. 2. Opportunity to apply technical knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), and Unified Payroll System (SUA). 3. Collaboration in internal and external audits. Description and details of responsibilities: * **Payroll calculation and processing** for permanent and staff personnel, considering: * **Shifts** (day, night, mixed) and **shift schedules**. * **Overtime hours** * **Seventh-day rest** and mandatory rest days as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * **Validation of payroll incidents**: absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, vacations, **disabilities (IMSS)**, shift changes, position/cost-center changes. * **CFDI payroll stamping (current version)** and * **IMSS/Social Security**: employee registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications in **IDSE**; calculations in **SUA**; salary integration (**SDI**) including variable components. * **Loans and deductions**: **INFONAVIT, Fonacot**, etc. * **Tax compliance**: Income Tax (ISR) on salaries, **State Payroll Tax (ISN)**, reconciliations and reports for Accounting (provisions, journal entries, cost centers). * **Document control** * **Profit-Sharing (PTU)**: integration, calculation, distribution, and annual communication. * **Vacations and current legal reforms**: administration of balances, usage, and payments in accordance with the latest reform. * **Audits**: support for internal/external audits (tax, IMSS/INFONAVIT, STPS, corporate). Experience and Requirements: * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting**. * **Experience**: 2–4 years in payroll, **preferably in manufacturing/maquiladora industry** (IMMEX). * **Technical knowledge**: * **Federal Labor Law (LFT)**, **IMSS**, **INFONAVIT**, **Fonacot**, **Income Tax (ISR)**, and **State Payroll Tax (ISN)** (bonuses, overtime, rest days, holidays, termination). * **Payroll CFDI** (current version), **IDSE**, **SUA**. * **SDI and integration of variables** (bonuses, piecework, commissions, overtime). * Administration of **PTU**, vacations, and bonuses. * **Systems**: Experience with **CONTPAQi Nóminas/**, Nomipaq, . **Intermediate/advanced Excel** (pivot tables, logical and date functions). * **Competencies**: high **attention to detail**, **confidentiality**, **analytical skills**, clear communication, organization, ability to work under pressure, and internal customer service orientation.
