Position Summary: We are seeking a Social Security Analyst to ensure the company and its clients comply with social security obligations, managing risks and regulatory requirements. We are looking for a **Social Security Analyst** to ensure the company and its clients comply with social security obligations. You will be responsible for proper enrollment, contribution payments, occupational risk management, and regulatory compliance with IMSS, INFONAVIT, and other authorities. **Key Responsibilities** * SUA system management (mass personnel loading, recording of disabilities and incidents, calculation of timely, late, and differential payments). * Preparation of Excel reconciliations comparing EMA and EBA data against SUA data. * Preparation of Excel reconciliations comparing SUA data against payroll data. * Data entry (intermediate-level Excel proficiency). * IDSE portal management (for submitting affiliation transactions and downloading mass issuances). * INFONAVIT portal management (downloading withholding notices and resolving discrepancies). * Credit note handling. * Restoration of employer registration records. **Requirements** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (student intern or graduate). **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar position within a company or accounting firm. **Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and INFONAVIT systems. Calculation of the Base Salary for Contributions (SBC) and salary integration. Reconciliations. Regulatory frameworks of IMSS, INFONAVIT, and the Federal Labor Law (LFT). **Skills:** · Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. · Organization, calculation accuracy, and attention to detail. · Customer orientation and teamwork.
