




Position Summary: We are seeking an IMSS and INFONAVIT Specialist to ensure compliance with social security obligations and to carry out transactions, reconciliations, and follow-ups, while addressing requirements and inquiries. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in IMSS, IDSE, SUA transactions and monthly/bi-monthly reconciliations. 2. Extensive knowledge of SUA, IDSE, SISUB, ICSOE, EMA and EBA reconciliations. 3. Calculation of Base Salary for Contributions (SBC) and Employer-Employee Contribution Rates; addressing inquiries. IMSS AND INFONAVIT SPECIALIST Minimum 5 years of experience in this field is required. Experience in IMSS, IDSE, and SUA transactions. Monthly and bi-monthly reconciliations. Experience or training in social security audits (desirable). Clarifications and follow-ups on IMSS and INFONAVIT notifications. INFONAVIT and FONACOT employer portals. Extensive knowledge of SUA, IDSE, SISUB, ICSOE, EMA and EBA reconciliations. Responsibilities: Ensure and implement proper compliance with all obligations and laws related to Social Security (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT). Track transactions such as registrations, terminations, and modifications. Respond to requests from external and internal IMSS auditors. Accurately calculate the Base Salary for Contributions (SBC) and Employer-Employee Contribution Rates. Reconcile accounting accounts and CFDIs. Review the integration of social security accounts.
