DESCRIPTION A major call center financial institution seeks to expand its team and is looking for: **Human Resources Specialist** * Salary: $15,000 \- $16,000 MXN \+ $1,000 bonus \+ recruitment commissions * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Work location: Cuauhtémoc **Responsibilities** * Handle end-to-end recruitment processes and vacancy coverage * Post job openings, screen and select candidates * Calculate payroll and monitor social security payments * Manage statutory benefits * Administer personnel movements (hiring, termination, transfers, promotions) * Compile and maintain employee files * Address employee inquiries, incidents, and labor-related matters * Handle disciplinary matters and internal communication * Coordinate with external recruitment agencies * Support onboarding processes for new hires * Disseminate internal policies * Assist in Human Resources department projects * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety standards **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree (may be waived with relevant experience) * Experience in recruitment and personnel selection * Experience in general Human Resources operations (payroll, personnel administration, labor relations) **We Offer:** * Base salary: $15,000 to $17,000 Gross * Performance bonus: $1,000 * Recruitment bonus: $300 * Statutory benefits
