Integration and management of onboarding files FIELD RECRUITER – Security Guards A private security sector company is seeking a Field Recruiter to strengthen its Human Resources team in Monterrey. Responsibilities: Recruitment and selection of operational staff (security guards). Posting job vacancies on various employment platforms. Conducting initial interviews and candidate screening. 100% field recruitment (job fairs, booths, and strategic locations, etc.). Integration and management of onboarding files. Monitoring the hiring process and vacancy coverage. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in mass recruitment or operational staff recruitment. Preferably experience in the private security sector and field recruitment. Proficiency in job boards and social media. Strong communication skills and goal-oriented work ethic. Availability for field recruitment. Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
