




Job Summary: We are seeking a Unit Price Coordinator for Hospital Infrastructure to prepare parametric budgets and unit price analyses for construction and maintenance projects of hospitals. Position Sought: UNIT PRICE COORDINATOR – HOSPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE (TEMPORARY) Objective: To prepare parametric budgets and unit price-based budgets for construction, renovation, or maintenance works of hospitals, clinics, and various medical facilities, as well as for other types of buildings entrusted to CreaMedic. Requirements: · Civil Engineering or Architecture degree · Minimum 8 years’ experience in unit price analysis · Cost engineering expertise · Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and medical gas installations · Infrastructure and civil works · Hospital regulatory standards · Availability for travel outside the local area · Flexible working hours Main Responsibilities: · Preparation of parametric budgets for company-executed projects, based on studies conducted by specialized cost engineering firms and market studies for the Mexican construction industry. · Preparation of unit-price-based budgets using either the provided concept catalog or the concept catalog generated from quantification of work quantities. · Quantification of work quantities based on executive project drawings, technical specifications, technical data sheets, and field verification, for application in construction budgeting. · Preparation of unit price analyses in accordance with the Public Works Law and Related Services and its Regulations, as well as the Policy Guidelines and Standards on Public Works and Related Services issued by the contracting entity or the specific requirements of CreaMedic’s clients, including field verification of productivity rates and input usage. · Calculation of the Real Wage Factor and analysis of hourly costs for construction machinery and equipment, for incorporation into unit price analyses. · Review of budgets and quotations submitted by suppliers and contractors providing construction, renovation, and maintenance services to CreaMedic. · Conducting market studies to update costs of material inputs, labor, tools, and equipment involved in unit price analyses. · Input breakdown, development of matrices, calculation of indirect charges, financing, profit, and additional charges, and their application to corresponding unit price analyses and budgets. ****The project is temporary for 6 months**** We Offer: · Competitive salary · Statutory benefits The Company maintains an unequivocal commitment to equality and non-discrimination.
