Extroverted, dynamic, and creative profile We are looking for a **Content and Recruitment Manager** with a proactive attitude, dynamic personality, extroversion, and creativity—who enjoys interacting with people and is interested in developing within the Human Resources field. Responsibilities include attracting talent, conducting selection processes, and following up with candidates until hiring. Schedule * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Business Administration, or related field**. * Minimum of **6 months’ experience in recruitment and selection**. * Experience using **job boards** (Indeed, Facebook, social media, etc.). * Proficiency in Canva Pro, TikTok, Instagram, etc. * Experience conducting **initial and in-depth interviews**. * Basic application and interpretation of **psychometric tests**. * Candidate follow-up throughout the selection process. * File control and organization. * **Driver’s license (preferred)**. * **Extroverted, dynamic, and creative profile**. Responsibilities * Posting **operational and administrative job openings**. * Recruitment **on-site and via social media**. * Screening **resumes and interviewing candidates**. * Tracking the **hiring and onboarding process**. * Managing, compiling, and safeguarding **personnel files**.
