Opportunity for growth in the commercial area or organizational development We are an insurance agency — a 100% Mexican company with over 120 years of experience in the insurance sector — currently seeking a **Recruitment and Selection Executive**, focused on attracting and developing **Insurance Agents** for our sales force in the Toluca and Metepec areas. We seek a strategic individual with experience in commercial recruitment and a strong results orientation, eager to directly impact territorial growth. Responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection of commercial profiles (insurance agents). * Posting and managing job openings on job boards (Indeed, OCC, LinkedIn, social media). * Prospecting and networking. * Competency-based and commercial screening interviews. * Tracking the selection process, hiring, and onboarding. * Coordination with the training department for onboarding. * Achievement of monthly agent recruitment targets. * Development of local attraction strategies (job fairs, partnerships, referrals). Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial recruitment. * Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is desirable. * Goal-oriented mindset and performance-driven work approach. * Excellent interviewing skills and ability to identify commercial profiles. * Residency in Toluca or Metepec.
