At Loom, we are building our Human Resources department from scratch and are looking for the person who will help us design processes, strengthen our culture, and support our team’s growth. **Academic Qualifications:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field. **Tool Proficiency:** Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) \- (Desirable but not mandatory) **Requirements:** \-Proven experience as an HR Generalist, ideally with experience building processes from scratch. \-Knowledge of labor laws and document management. \-Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented. \-Excellent communication skills and empathy. \-Enjoys working in creative and dynamic environments. \-Autonomous and results-focused. **Responsibilities:** \-Design and standardize HR department processes. \-Manage employment contracts, renewals, onboarding, offboarding, and documentation in compliance with labor regulations. \-Administer permanent staff and coordinate benefits and compensation. \-Lead the full recruitment and selection process. \-Promote internal communication and organizational culture. \-Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices. **Work Location:** On-site employment Work Location: On-site employment
