We are a young, dynamic, growing, 100% Mexican company, a leader in our industry, and we are seeking talented individuals to join our Great Team as: **Construction and Maintenance Manager** **Location: Cuajimalpa** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or Engineering degree: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Experience with CRM or ERP systems **Experience and Knowledge:** * Minimum of 4 to 5 years in a similar position, managing personnel and large-scale projects. * Budget management, cost analysis, and financing. * Design, construction, and maintenance of real estate properties. * Development of the Annual Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance Plan, including renovations (multi-site and corporate). * Contractor management (safety, permits, PPE). * Regulatory compliance. * Preparation of executive reports. **Competencies:** * Sense of Urgency * Planning and Organization * Strategic Vision * Business Vision **We Offer:** * Salary commensurate with experience \+ Statutory Benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs.
