Target audience: Individuals aged 18 years or older. **WE ARE HIRING: SPECIALIZED COLLECTIONS ENTREPRENEUR** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage client portfolios with overdue payments. * Home visits. * Contact and negotiation with clients. * Monitoring payment regularization within the system. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * Completed high school education. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial sector (preferably in individual loan origination and collections). * Own vehicle available. * Familiarity with the assigned collection area. * Residence within the municipality or adjacent areas. **COMPENSATION SCHEME:** * Income based on COMMISSIONS. * Weekly performance-based bonus. * IMSS registration under Mod 10 starting from the 4th month. * Life and Personal Accident Insurance provided from day one. * Provision of a company mobile phone. **OUR LOCATION:** Av.
