Education: Systems Engineer or related field - Experience: Minimum one year in field installations, structured cabling, providing user support and training; resolving tickets raised by the end customer on-site. - Knowledge: Windows 10, point-of-sale terminals, hardware and software installation and configuration; diagnostics of equipment such as servers, computers, and terminals. - Availability to travel and work on weekends. - Must know how to drive a standard transmission vehicle and hold a valid driver's license — MANDATORY.
