Opportunity for salary growth through commissions Position: Salesperson / Sales Advisor at a Bridal Store – **AmoDress** CDMX – Av. Río Mixcoac 25 (MB Río Churubusco) At AmoDress, we accompany each bride during one of the most important moments of her life. We seek a person who is empathetic, charismatic, organized, elegant, and skilled in emotional selling. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience and Skills: Experience in sales within related industries, such as sewing boutiques, evening gowns, quinceañera dresses, tailoring, or fabrics. Experience in bridal fashion and basic knowledge of sewing or textile types (desirable). Experience in dress sewing or alterations (highly valued). Basic proficiency in Excel and Word. Basic proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business. Personality: Responsible and punctual. Empathetic and patient. Excellent personal presentation. Positive attitude and friendly energy. Organized and detail-oriented. Confidence to close sales elegantly. Committed to goals and results. Responsibilities: Scheduling organization and confirmation. Follow-up with brides until delivery. Basic administrative tasks (inventory and record-keeping). Maintaining impeccable store order and presentation. The approximate monthly salary including commissions ranges from $10,000 to $14,000 (the average monthly income consists of the daily base salary plus commissions). However, the more you sell, the more you earn. Work schedule: 5 days per week, as follows: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 11:00 – 20:00 Saturday: 10:00 – 19:00 Interested candidates should submit their CV.
