**Credit and Collections Assistant** **Location:** Anzures, Miguel Hidalgo, 11590, CDMX. **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term **Position Objective** Contribute to financial stability through proper administration and control of the customer portfolio, ensuring timely payment follow-up, accurate collection application, and effective execution of preventive and recovery collection strategies—thereby maintaining a healthy portfolio and guaranteeing consistent cash flow. **Required Profile** * **Experience:** 1–2 years in credit and collections or accounts receivable. * **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree (candidate or graduate) in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * **Technical Knowledge:** * **Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel mandatory).** * Experience with administrative systems (ERP) or CRM. * Knowledge of billing processes and bank reconciliations. * Ability to read and analyze account statements and supporting documents. * Familiarity with technological tools (e.g., chatbots) for management. **Key Responsibilities:** **Credit Management:** Validation of applications, reference checks, and file compilation. **Portfolio Administration:** Daily payment application, maturity monitoring, and reconciliations. **Active Collections:** Preventive and corrective follow-up via phone, email, and WhatsApp. **Negotiation:** Payment agreements and balance clarifications with customers. **Reporting:** Preparation of recovery indicators and aging reports. **Working Conditions and Schedule** * **Workload:** Full-time. * **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. **Compensation and Benefits** * Base salary of $13,500 per month \+ Grocery Vouchers * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Monthly grocery vouchers. * Savings fund (3%) and savings box. * Birthday week benefit. * Training program: Access to English-learning platform after one year of service.
