You will deliver reliable backend microservices, design REST APIs, and guide technical decisions through code reviews and mentoring. If you seek to influence top\-quality backend solutions, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** * Produce maintainable Java code for enterprise applications * Build microservices and design REST APIs to integrate core systems * Implement unit tests to validate new features and bug fixes * Carry out code reviews to enforce quality and standards * Utilize proven development methods including CI, unit testing, and peer review * Join SCRUM ceremonies and collaborate in stand\-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives * Support workload estimation and project forecasting * Mentor less experienced developers and promote team growth **Requirements** * Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or allied field * At least 3 years working with Java in professional settings * Experience conducting code reviews to uphold benchmarks * Leadership competence for guiding colleagues * Know\-how in creating REST APIs for backend integration * Hands\-on ability with Spring Batch for batch processing flows * Expertise in Spring Boot for crafting scalable microservices * Proficiency in Spring Data for data layer handling * English proficiency B2\+ with stakeholder communication skills **Nice to have** * Experience in financial services or wealth management * Capabilities in API design and cross\-system integration * Knowledge of solution architecture practices for complex implementations
