




Position Summary: We are seeking a Web Designer & E-commerce Lead with strategic vision to lead the brand’s visual identity and online store operations, elevate user experience, and ensure conversion. We are looking for a **Web Designer \& E\-commerce Lead** — a hybrid talent capable of leading both our brand’s visual identity and the technical operation of our online stores. Your primary mission will be to elevate the user experience (UX) and ensure sales conversion through functional, innovative, and customer-centric design. Key Responsibilities (Your day-to-day tasks): * Comprehensive E\-commerce Management: Design, develop, and maintain our online stores operating at 100% capacity. You will oversee strategic product listings as well as rapid resolution of technical issues (troubleshooting). * UX/UI Leadership: Create visually modern interfaces (UI) and intuitive navigation flows (UX). * Visual Strategy and Content: Supervise and produce high-impact content for social media, advertising campaigns, and audiovisual assets (reels and animations), consistently maintaining brand voice and visual consistency. * Optimization and Digital Marketing: Implement on\-page SEO strategies, manage Meta \& Google Ads campaigns, and make data-driven decisions based on analysis of key metrics (CTR, conversion rates, engagement) to optimize site performance. * Team Leadership: Coordinate and align workflows across development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure brand aesthetics support business objectives. Technical Requirements: * E\-commerce Platforms: Proficiency in Shopify, WordPress, and WooCommerce. * Design Tools: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and agile prototyping tools (Figma or Adobe XD). * Marketing and Analytics: Solid experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and generation/analysis of native Shopify reports. * Multimedia: Ability to edit video (basic/intermediate level) and create motion graphics (Premiere Pro / After Effects). * Preferred (a major plus!): Coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, and PHP) for advanced, custom website customization. Experience and Education: * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating your involvement in successful e\-commerce launches and visual management of digital campaigns is mandatory.
