Responsibilities: \- Attend to, advise, quote, and follow up with customers throughout their vehicle repair process. \- Create repair orders in the company's operating system. \- Conduct inventory checks and take photographs documenting the vehicle's physical condition. \- Promote and quote additional repair services and/or sales. \- Compile accident-related documents and customer personal information. \- Verify when repairs are completed and contact the customer for vehicle delivery.
