**Full job description** We are a design studio and, due to expansion, are seeking a bilingual communications manager to plan, publish, and analyze weekly brand content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short advertising videos on YouTube. You will become the voice of our brand in both English and Spanish and provide administrative support with monthly audience reports. **Main responsibilities** \-Develop a 4-week creative and brand-consistent content plan for different platforms using Notion. \-Write bilingual content (Spanish and English) for both audiences. \-Respond to comments and interact online to foster trust and loyalty relationships with followers and potential customers across multiple platforms. \-Schedule and publish 12 to 16 strategic posts and 8 to 10 reels/shorts per month on the brand's social media channels. \-Use tools: Canva, CapCut, trim clips, add captions, cover thumbnails. \-Measure campaign performance using analytics tools to report results through administrative reports and optimize marketing strategies. \-Basic photography and videography using a smartphone during a monthly visit to manufacturing workshops in GDL. **Requirements:** \-Native-level Spanish and conversational or advanced English. \-2 or more years in a similar community manager role. \-Experience in creating short videos and YouTube reels (portfolio required). \-Basic knowledge of managing social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and basic editing skills. \-Sense of urgency, responsibility, and customer service and negotiation skills. \-Flawless writing and attention to detail in social media publications. **Desirable but not required:** \-Knowledge of interior design, architecture, or Mexican furniture trends. \-Basic graphic design skills in software such as Illustrator, Corel, Canvas, Photoshop, Final Cut, InDesign.
