





**Position Objective:** Support the consulting team in organizational development projects and executive recruitment processes, actively participating in the identification, assessment, and development of key talent for strategic positions. **Main Responsibilities:** **Organizational Development Consulting:** * Support in projects involving **talent assessment, organizational culture, and individual development plans**. * Participate in the **creation of job descriptions and competency profiles**. * Collaborate in programs related to **leadership retention, training, and development**. * Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation. **Executive Recruitment:** * Assist in the **search and attraction of talent for supervisory, management, and director-level positions**. * Post job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews. * Conduct initial interviews and psychometric evaluations. * Collaborate in the **presentation of candidates to clients** and follow-up throughout the selection process. * Contribute to the development of talent attraction strategies and employer branding. **Requirements:** * 1 to 2 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or executive recruitment. * Knowledge of competency-based interviews, talent evaluation, and profile analysis. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and analytical thinking. * Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about consulting. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday. * Major and minor medical insurance. * Dental care service. * Continuous training and learning in talent consulting. * A collaborative, professional environment focused on human growth.
