Requirements * Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in training, organizational development, and performance evaluation. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and STPS regulations. * Experience with DNC, Onboarding programs, and evaluation management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training platforms. * Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. * Experience in conducting and monitoring employee engagement surveys. Main Responsibilities * Design, coordinate, and implement training and development plans. * Conduct the annual Training Needs Assessment (DNC). * Develop internal materials, workshops, and courses. * Manage the training budget and ensure regulatory compliance. * Lead organizational development and corporate culture initiatives. * Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
