




Job Summary: This administrative role focuses on expense control, file management, operational tracking, and information validation for the Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and controls expenses, ensuring compliance with internal policies. 2. Maintains control files and tracks administrative movements. 3. Supports the consolidation of information and validation of data for the HR team. Expense Verification and Control * Daily tracking of **team expense reports** * Review of tickets, invoices, and supporting documents against reported amounts * Validation that expense reports comply with internal policies * Monitoring of deadlines and timely submission * Identification and follow-up on inconsistencies File Control and Tracking * Updating and maintaining **control files (Excel/Drive)** * Recording and tracking administrative movements * Organizing digital and physical folders * Status tracking (pending, in progress, completed) Operational Tracking * Supporting consolidation of HR team information * Daily follow-up on pending items with HR managers * Deliverables tracking (reports, requests, incidents) * Validating information before submission to regional Validation and Review * Verifying consistency of information across formats and reports * Identifying errors in data entry or documentation * Providing feedback to the team for correction * Ensuring compliance with administrative guidelines Time Management * Tracking key dates (closings, deliveries, requests) * Reminding the team to meet deadlines * Escalating delays or non-compliance General HR Support * Administrative support to HR managers * Tracking internal requests (leaves, advances, etc.) * Continuous communication with the team to monitor processes Salary: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Free parking Workplace: On-site employment
