**Job Requirements:**
We are seeking a **CONSTRUCTION CONTROL RESIDENT (ESTIMATES)** to prepare and monitor administrative controls generated on-site, such as estimates, change orders, material supplies, etc., as well as payment requests.

**Education:**
* Industrial or Civil Engineering.
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

**Experience:** Minimum 4 years in this role.

**Technical and Administrative Skills:**

* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD.
**Main Job Responsibilities:**
* Analyze and understand projects: engineering documents, budgets, contractors, bill-of-materials breakdowns.
* Support project planning.
* Ensure compliance with the financial schedule.
* Understand the client’s reconciliation process for validating estimates, change orders, and additions.
* Prepare estimates and generators timely and accurately, ensuring client validation—including change orders, regular estimates, and additions.
* Prepare and manage the change order format, and track it for client validation.
* Maintain the construction change control log.
* Prepare cost estimate packages (PU) for change orders and request validation from the Cost and Budgeting Department.
* Complete administrative control forms: work progress reports, change orders, estimates, workforce reports.
* Review and validate contractors’ weekly estimates and generators.
* Support planned procurement of required supplies.
* Request contractor payment for validated estimates once approved by the site coordinator.
* Conduct administrative closeout of projects with clients and contractors.
* Manage petty cash.
* Process personnel hiring and termination requests on-site, and support HR with any on-site personnel requirements.
* Request payments for services, accommodation, travel allowances, etc.
* Request monthly SUA (IMSS) payments from contractors, linked to Siroc.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $20,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
