Collaboration with specialized departments for student well-being. Colegio México Nuevo is hiring Human Accompaniment Coaches for the 26\-27 academic year across various sections. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, human development, or related fields. * Teaching experience (minimum one year). * Excellent personal presentation. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Innovation, creativity, and initiative. * Organizational ability. * Responsibility, effectiveness under pressure, and conflict management. Main Responsibilities * Plan didactic activities for classes and upload corresponding files to E\-Laude according to criteria and agreements established by CMN Academies. * Develop assessment tools to support improvement for all assigned students, aligned with the various objectives of human accompaniment. * Maintain up-to-date records of formative and summative grades in E\-Laude, following criteria defined by CMN Academies. Monitor students’ socioemotional accompaniment. * Foster a proactive and positive environment in interactions with students. * Refer students with specific needs to the Prefecture, Psychopedagogical Department, and/or Academic Coordination.
