We are looking for an **Electrical Installation Supervisor** with vision and leadership, passionate about construction execution and capable of directly coordinating high-performance teams in the **FIELD.** We are a **specialized electromechanical solutions company**, serving diverse types of **cutting-edge urban infrastructure**, **commercial complexes**, and **educational facilities**, transforming the industry through technical excellence and innovation. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Electrical Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Civil Engineer, or related field **(PREFERRED)** * Personal vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel to job sites for supervision. **(MANDATORY)** * Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising electrical installation projects. **(MANDATORY)** * Personnel management experience. * NOM-001-SEDE-2012. * Electrical projects involving **MEDIUM** and **HIGH VOLTAGE**. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervision of personnel and crew administration. * Development of project plans and cost estimates. * Supervision of planned versus actual construction progress. * Inventory control and administration of machinery, tools, and materials. * Electrical drafting, supervision of conduit and cable installation. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly salary of $25,000. * Project completion bonus. * Statutory benefits. * Gasoline allowance. * Direct indefinite-term employment. **LOCATION AND SCHEDULE:** Our office is located in Col. Americana, Guadalajara, Jal. **Office hours:** Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays, half-day. **(MOST OF THE TIME IS SPENT IN THE FIELD SUPERVISING PROJECTS)** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $28,000.02 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service Workplace: On-site employment
