Personnel management and problem resolution. **Job Objective:** Coordinate, supervise, and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring proper handling, storage, and distribution of goods while meeting quality, safety, and on-time delivery standards. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Supervise goods receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Coordinate warehouse staff. * Monitor physical and system-based inventories. * Ensure compliance with operational processes and procedures. * Identify and correct inventory discrepancies. * Optimize warehouse space and layout. * Prepare operational reports and performance indicators (KPIs). * Manage incidents (shortages, overages, damages, returns). **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school or bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Business Administration, or related field). * Experience: 2–5 years in warehouse operations, preferably in a similar role. * Knowledge of inventory control and ERP/WMS systems. * Personnel management experience. **Skills:** * Leadership * Organization * Working under pressure * Decision-making * Effective communication * Problem-solving Salary: $12,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
