The candidate must possess leadership qualities and assume this role at their workplace, efficiently coordinating the team and reporting directly to the Production Manager. Main responsibilities: • Compliance with Quality and Food Safety regulations • Analysis and planning of production • Planning personnel, raw material, packaging auxiliary materials, and facility requirements to meet scheduled production targets • Coordination and supervision of personnel under their responsibility • Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations • Adjusting staffing levels according to production needs • Collaborating in and supervising the implementation and maintenance of quality standards • Constant communication with the Quality Department and reporting of incidents ### **Requirements** \- Relevant education \- Prior experience in the sector and/or production environments \- Team management experience \- Personal vehicle \- Availability to work on Saturdays and holidays ### **Offered** \- Job stability \- Rotating shifts: Morning \- Afternoon \- Night \- Competitive salary
