The position involves participation in various operational and production processes, ensuring proper execution of activities, adherence to quality standards, and maintenance of order and safety in the work area. **Main Responsibilities** * Initial inspection of tires to identify damage. * Support and execution of buffing, skiving, and cementing processes. * Repair and filling of imperfections. * Preparation of tread rubber for application. * Support in tread application, casing preparation, and rim mounting. * Loading tires into the autoclave following established procedures. * Participation in quality inspections and final review. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and proper material organization in the work area. * Compliance with safety regulations and correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Requirements** * Minimum education level: Elementary school. * Experience in production, manufacturing, or tire retreading (preferred). * Availability for operational and physical work. * Responsible and punctual. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Willingness to learn and develop within the area. * Commitment to quality, safety, and order. **We Offer:** * Base weekly salary: **$2,240** * Monthly productivity bonus up to: **$1,800** * Monthly attendance and punctuality bonus: **$400** * Opportunity for growth and development. * Uniforms and personal protective equipment Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $11,800\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
