




**OBJECTIVES:** **Preparation and presentation of high-quality food and recipes at proper temperatures and with appealing presentation,** **as well as ensuring their hygiene and safety; completing all assigned tasks for station preparation,** **and maintaining order, cleanliness, and organization in the MAMMUT kitchen at all times.** **OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Prepares all production items and menu offerings according to MAMMUT PIZZA’s specifications, standards,** **and recipes, adhering strictly to presentation and quality requirements.** **• Completes all assigned tasks during their shift.** **• Conducts opening and closing procedures for their work areas (mise en place).** **• Practices safe food and beverage handling and hygiene at all times.** **• Cleans and sanitizes the work area before, during, and after each shift—as well as all utensils—using the principle “clean while you work.”** **• Applies training received during onboarding and consistently practices safe food and kitchen utensil hygiene.** **• Completes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning assignments, opening/closing checklists, and preventive maintenance tasks.** **• Must possess reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.** **• Capable of using knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation tools.** **• Requires mobility throughout the entire shift.** **• Able to respond appropriately to emergency situations and avoid imminent hazards to themselves and others.** **• Fully familiar with the Mammut Pizza regulations and service manual.** Type of position: Full-time Salary: $2,100.00 per week Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
