We possess extensive market experience and a unique 360-degree methodology for effectively positioning hospital medical devices. **Join our team as Bid Operations Coordinator**: **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering * Minimum 2 years of experience in bidding processes * Experience in tracking and fulfilling deliveries arising from bids * Experience coordinating warehouse, logistics, and suppliers * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Availability for frequent travel to CDMX The **objective of this position** is to coordinate, supervise, and ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of deliveries to government institutions through a logistics operator, guaranteeing on-time and correct deliveries. **Responsibilities**: * Updating charts of indirect and direct participation * Monitoring and supervising that events requested by sales executives occur on time and as scheduled, as well as platform downloads handled by the bidding team * Maintaining clear and smooth communication with sales leaders regarding reasons for distributor disqualifications identified in bid results * Reviewing consolidated reports of won direct and indirect bids — a report maintained specifically to gather information on each awarded bid **What do we offer?** Compensation and Security: * **Salary:** **$14,000 net monthly.** * **Location**: Av.
