Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Supervisor/Coordinator for a bakery company, responsible for coordinating sales representatives, analyzing indicators, and implementing actions to increase sales and service levels, while supervising customers and routes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of the sales team and analysis of indicators. 2. Supervision of customers and routes to ensure plan execution. 3. Personnel leadership and sales representative calibration. A bakery company serving restaurants, retail outlets, and various industries is seeking: Sales Supervisor / Coordinator to: \-Coordinate the assigned group of sales representatives. \-Analyze sales indicators. \-Implement actions focused on increasing sales and service levels. \-Supervise customers and routes. \-Ensure proper execution of the work plan. \-End-of-day review. \-Review the summary of previous day’s route performance indicators. \-Organize team-back meetings to motivate the team. \-Complete all route assignments before 10:00 AM. \-Prepare a weekly route accompaniment schedule. \-Manage route delivery processes (settlements and cash reconciliations). \-Present results to the director once per week. \-Calibrate assigned sales representatives. Essential Requirements (do not apply if any requirement is unmet): \-90% field-based work. \-Valid driver’s license. \-Experience in retail sales (PepsiCo, Verde Valle, Coca-Cola, El Panqué, etc.). \-Experience leading direct reports. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 or 5:00 PM; Saturdays, half-day. The company is located near Colón and Lázaro Cárdenas avenues, from where routes originate. Base weekly salary: 3500, comprising 2500 base salary plus attendance bonus, punctuality bonus, grocery vouchers, and transportation allowance, plus commissions based on achieved sales (average monthly commission: 20\-25 thousand).
