Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and team development **Job Objective** Ensure efficient production planning and material supply for manufacturing, guaranteeing compliance with the Master Production Schedule (MPS), optimal inventory levels, and a high level of customer service, through effective use of ERP, MRP, and analytical tools. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the production planning team. * Develop and monitor the **Master Production Schedule (MPS)**. * Execute and optimize **MRP** processes to ensure timely material supply. * Manage **high mix / low volume** and **high volume / low mix** scenarios. * Ensure correct ERP configuration (BOMs, routings, lead times, inventory policies). * Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Sales. * Manage demand changes, urgent requests, and rescheduling. * Monitor KPIs: OTIF, inventory turnover, backlog, plan adherence, installed capacity. * Serve as escalation point for critical planning and customer service issues. * Drive continuous improvement in planning processes. * Develop and train the production planning team. **Technical Knowledge** * MRP / MRP II * ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar) * CRP (Capacity Requirements Planning) * Interpretation of BOMs and routings * Intermediate–advanced Excel * ISO 9001, ISO 14001 * Intermediate English (minimum 50%) Salary: $35,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many MRP runs have you executed directly, and which ERP system did you use? * How many active SKUs did you manage, and what was the average monthly production volume? * How many years of experience do you have in production planning or supply chain?
