Coordinate incident response and support business continuity Overview: **Recruiter**: Alma Martinez **This position reports to**: Angel Medina GSOC operators are the main resource to ensure physical integrity of HN people and assets, as well as to ensure the security of our supply chain to make final customers and distributors receive their orders on time. GSOC operators are expected to act as the primary users of Security applications to properly configure and manage: Access control System, CCTV \& Fire control System. They are also expected to respond to a variety of day\-to\-day requests for physical security situations 24/7\. GSOC operators are also expected to act as liaison between Security \& Safety and other structures to ensure policies and procedures are observed and followed. **Main activities:** 1\. Complaint review and preparation of incident reports based on evidence obtained from the CCTV system, written and verbal declarations to provide findings and suggest corrective actions to prevent further events. 2\. GSOC operators must monitor our supply chain through GPS as well as other tools to be able to react in case of any security event. 3\. GSOC operators must also look for weather events and any potential service disruption events (i.e.: social demonstrations, political events, etc) that could impact HN facilities, our supply chain, or the continuity of the operation 4\. GSOC operators must be able to define and document processes and procedures as part of the continuous improvement philosophy of the security structure Job Qualifications: **Responsibilties:*** First point of contact for security assistance (emergency phone lines \& extensions) * News \& media tracking for weather and other service disruption notifications * Real time Security Awareness * Automate business intelligence tools * Support, monitoring and follow up on: HN Events, Travel risks, Supply Chain, Terrorism, Social media monitoring for key words, Geo\-political, Weather * Physical asset monitoring * Geo\-fencing monitoring * Incident Mgmt. Team response coordination * Massive notification * Access control and users configuration * Monitor (CCTV \& fire alarms) * Security officer response * Business Continuity Plan coordination * Standard operating procedures * KPI reporting **QUALIFICATIONS:** **Skills Required:** * Experience in process \& protocols * Previous experience in maintenance programs of the Security systems (CCTV, Fire equipment, Access Control) * Able to work with sensitive and confidential information * Strong interpersonal skills * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Strong Analytics * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Incident reports * Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft office * Active listening skills * Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively * Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately * Must be disciplined * Think throughout problems for logical solutions, and remain calm and professional under stress * Proven ability to work under pressure * Able to speak clearly, give direction, and provide guidance to employees and security staff during emergencies * Ability to multitask, discern patterns in detail, excellent think trough problems for logical solutions **Experience:****Required*** 12 to 18 months of experience in security related activities. * Demonstrated experience resolving problems during critical incidents. * Risk Management, with emphasis on preventive \& corrective measurements (KPI's) * Knowledge of system administration and security architecture **Preferred*** Previous experience in Security Operation Centers **Education:****Required** * Professional degree. * English minimum level or intermediate **Preferred** * Security Certifications (CPO) * Criminal certificate studies
