Job Summary: Supervise adherence to operational procedures, execute fuel supply and maintenance programs, and train staff at a gas station. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and execution of fuel supply and maintenance programs. 2. Training of newly hired personnel on operational procedures. 3. Supervision of compliance with operational and maintenance procedures. It is a gas station selling petroleum-derived fuels. **Floor Supervisor** **Requirements:** · Completed high school education · Experience in the automotive field **Responsibilities:** * Verify adherence to operational procedures for supplying petroleum products to motor vehicles and receiving petroleum products into storage tanks. * Execute the fuel supply program, ensuring compliance with safe operational processes. * Coordinate and implement the maintenance program together with the station management. * Perform cleaning, inspection, testing, calibration, replacement, and controlled shutdown procedures for equipment and facilities. * Apply safe procedures during maintenance activities. * Implement controls to mitigate environmental risks and impacts associated with maintenance performed by internal staff or subcontracted personnel. * Train newly hired personnel on operational procedures. * Verify correct execution and quality of operational procedures by operational staff. * Supervise compliance with maintenance procedures carried out by internal staff or subcontracted suppliers. **We Offer:** · **Rotating schedule: Monday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–12:50 PM and 1:50 PM–6:00 PM** · **Monthly gross salary of $11,341** · Bi-weekly payment · Attendance and punctuality bonus · Direct employment contract with the company · **Statutory benefits:** · 15-day year-end bonus · 25% vacation premium · 100% IMSS coverage · Vacation days as stipulated by law **Work Location:** **Av.
