We are seeking an experienced and highly responsible Freight Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate a vehicle to safely, efficiently, and punctually transport goods to our customers and distribution centers, fully complying with all federal safety and traffic regulations. Key Responsibilities * Safely and professionally operate heavy-duty vehicles according to assigned routes, schedules, and destinations. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking fluid levels, brakes, tires, lights), and report any mechanical anomalies. * Strictly comply with Federal Traffic Regulations (SCT) and road safety standards. * Maintain constant communication with the monitoring and traffic team to report trip status, incidents, or delays. * Supervise and assist loading/unloading operations—including pump filling—at customer facilities, always maintaining courteous and professional conduct. **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * **License:** Valid federal driver’s license, Type "B" or "E". * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a freight transporter operating vehicles weighing 5 to 10 tons. * **Knowledge:** Thorough familiarity with federal highways and traffic regulations. * **Availability** for travel. * **Education:** Completed junior high school or high school. **Desirable:** * Basic mechanical knowledge to resolve minor issues on the road. **Competencies** * High level of responsibility and sense of urgency. * Honesty and integrity. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation pay) * Travel allowances (paid by the company) * Performance-based bonuses tied to trip metrics * Initial and ongoing training * PTU (Profit Sharing) payments exceeding statutory requirements * Complimentary uniforms Position type: Full-time Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Complimentary uniforms
