Production company seeking an Administrative and Financial Manager.
Position Mission
Ensure proper financial, accounting, and document administration of the company. Control financial flows, administration and management of accounts receivable and payable, coordinate invoicing, prepare financial, operational, and sales reports, and provide reliable support to internal and external clients, suppliers, and General Management for transparent and efficient management.
Main Responsibilities
Finance and Accounting
\* Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable (domestic and international).
\* Prepare and update weekly or monthly financial reports for Local and General Management.
\* Prepare and update production, inventory, and costing reports.
\* Conduct sales analysis by product and market; track and validate commercial programs.
\* Coordinate customer invoicing and collections, ensuring tax compliance.
\* Validate and schedule payments to suppliers and contractors.
\* Follow up with external accounting firms.
General Administration
\* Manage contracts, accounting files, and official company documentation.
\* Administer administrative purchases (office supplies, services).
\* Support annual budget preparation and tracking.
\* Monitor administrative inventory and office equipment.
Supplier and Bank Relations
\* Maintain relationships with financial institutions and strategic suppliers.
\* Monitor bank transactions and prepare reconciliations.
Support to Management
\* Provide administrative support for reporting, audits, or reviews.
\* Support improvement of internal processes and document control.
Required Profile
Academic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum Experience:
3 years in administrative or accounting roles, with proven experience in financial control and coordination with external accounting firms.
Technical Competencies:
\* Financial knowledge, general accounting, electronic invoicing, and expense control.
\* Advanced Excel proficiency.
\* Familiarity with accounting software (Contpaq, QuickBooks, or similar).
\* Basic knowledge of Mexican tax legislation.
Personal Competencies:
\* Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
\* Integrity and handling of confidential information.

Languages:

General Position Conditions
Location: Main office in downtown Guadalajara, Jalisco.
\* Work Mode: In-person, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
\* Hierarchical Level: Coordination / Support to Management.
\* Confidentiality required throughout all financial management activities.
Position Type: Full-time
Salary: $25,000.00 \- $30,000.00 per month
