Manage inventory control, supervise product shrinkage and expiration to optimize resources. Maintain contact and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and favorable commercial terms. Supervise and train department staff, motivating a team focused on delivering outstanding customer service. Drive sales of candies, chocolates, and snacks, guaranteeing an attractive and satisfying shopping experience for customers. * Education: Completed high school diploma. Experience: Minimum 1 year as a department head or supervisor in food departments; if you have experience at McDonald’s, Subway, Domino’s Pizza, Starbucks, cinemas, etc., this vacancy is for you. Preference given to candidates who have worked as supervisors in cinemas, cafeterias, supermarkets, handling sales, inventory, shrinkage control, and staff supervision. Experience in food and beverage departments.
