Focused on process optimization and customer experience **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure efficient and accurate order dispatch while providing a positive customer experience and maintaining operational control of the area. At Sodimac, we are seeking a Dispatch Manager responsible for coordinating and ensuring the correct preparation, dispatch, and delivery of customer orders, guaranteeing delivery times, merchandise control, and compliance with operational and safety standards. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate customer order preparation and dispatch (in-store pickup and deliveries). Validate product assortment, quantities, and condition prior to shipment. Supervise loading, unloading, and delivery of merchandise. Control documentation, routes, and dispatch timing. Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the dispatch area. Handle order-related incidents and follow up until resolution. Coordinate and supervise the dispatch operations team. Comply with Sodimac procedures and policies. Requirements Completed high school diploma or incomplete bachelor's degree. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as head of dispatch, delivery, warehouse, or logistics operations in retail. Knowledge of order handling, merchandise control, and customer service. Experience managing operational staff. Availability to work rotating shifts. Required Profile: Operational focus.
