Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive mark on the world! **Employment Type** Trust-based **Job Objective** Continuously improve the reliability of manufacturing and/or service equipment within the Z.I. complex through systematic root cause analysis of failures and implementation of preventive actions to avoid recurrence, thereby increasing equipment availability. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Conduct activities associated with the Quality Management System under a compliance code aligned with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Ensure that operational procedures comply with applicable regulatory requirements (COFEPRIS, FDA, INVIMA, Canada, ISO 9001\). * Ensure and enhance the reliability of assigned equipment by analyzing equipment failure modes to reduce recurrence. * Evaluate equipment using analytical tools (8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, etc.) to identify root causes, weak points, and improvement opportunities. * Audit operator knowledge and operational effectiveness of our machinery. * Develop and update work instructions for proper operation of our equipment. * Maintain and analyze indicators (KPIs) reflecting equipment reliability. * Verify that safety systems of equipment under review are enabled and in good condition. Experience * Execution of maintenance systems: 2 years * Design and implementation of maintenance plans and/or programs: 2 years * Analysis and monitoring of maintenance indicators: 2 years * Execution of maintenance strategies: 2 years * Execution of spare parts and services control systems: 2 years * Root cause analysis: 2 years Knowledge * Continuous improvement / root cause analysis tools * Statistical and equipment failure analysis * Pharmaceutical or food technology * Maintenance management systems (indicators, planning, process control, financial controls) Education Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering **Additional Profile** * Pharmaceutical, cosmetic, personal care, food, or automotive industry * National and international pharmaceutical regulations At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunity, inclusion, and diversity.
