**Location: Guadalajara Plant** **Position Type: On-site** **If you want to join an innovative team, apply for this opening and become part of Ingredion!** Ingredion is seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** to ensure daily shipment and warehouse operations schedules are met, guaranteeing on-time and in-full deliveries under safety, quality, and food safety standards, through efficient management of human and material resources, inventory control, and coordination with internal and external departments to maintain optimal service levels. **Your responsibilities:** * Execution of the shipping schedule and coordination of loading activities. * Supervision of personnel and administration of human and material resources. * Inventory control and report generation. * Strict adherence to safety, quality, and food safety standards. * Measurement and analysis of service levels, identification of deviations, and implementation of corrective actions. * Interaction with internal and external departments: traffic, security, maintenance, internal audit, contractors. * Provision of information for production planning based on inventory requirements. * Promotion of continuous improvement and customer experience focus. **What you bring to the role:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Engineering (Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering). * **Experience:** 3–5 years supervising warehouses with direct reports, preferably in the food industry. * **Mandatory knowledge:** * SAP (proficiency). * Excel. * Inventory control and warehouse management. * **Desirable:** ISO certifications (9001, 22000, 14000\), emergency response teams, forklift operation, basic/intermediate English. * Availability to rotate weekly shifts (**2 shifts**: 6:30\-14:30, 14:30\-22:00\). **Who are you?
