In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable applications that deliver high\-quality user experiences while ensuring robust backend systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This is a hands\-on senior position where you will influence architectural decisions, mentor team members, and ensure best practices are followed across the stack. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails. * Build responsive, dynamic, and maintainable front\-end applications with Angular and TypeScript. * Collaborate with product owners and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision\-making. * Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices. * Ensure performance, scalability, and security of both frontend and backend systems. * Mentor and support junior and mid\-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance. * Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows. * Work in cross\-functional teams, ensuring smooth integration between frontend, backend, and external systems. ### **Qualifications** * 5\+ years of professional software engineering experience as a Fullstack Engineer or in a similar role. * Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails for backend development. * Advanced knowledge of Angular and TypeScript for frontend development. * Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, system integrations, and microservice\-oriented design. * Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL). * Knowledge of testing frameworks and practices (RSpec, Jasmine, Jest, or similar). * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git). * Strong problem\-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical excellence and delivery speed. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. * Experience working with Agile development processes (Scrum or Kanban). ### **Benefits and Perks** **Location:** Can work from anywhere within Mexico (working from the office will be required time to time) **Offices:** Av. de las Américas 1254\-17th, Country Club, 44610 Guadalajara, Jal.
