Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Management Assistant for Santa Anita Golf Club, responsible for supporting daily management, coordinating departments, and maintaining member relationships—with a focus on excellence and customer service. Collaborative work environment and a team of dedicated professionals. We are looking for a Management Assistant to join our team at Santa Anita Golf Club. In this role, you will support daily club management, ensuring efficient operations and achievement of established goals. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various departments and maintaining relationships with members. Key responsibilities include: * Handling complaints or suggestions. * Registering and issuing SAM tokens. * Registering and/or updating photos and signatures in the system. * Adding or removing members in the system. * Distributing brochures containing information about club services, facilities, and onboarding reports. * Assigning or releasing lockers. * Distributing regulations. * Providing pricing information. * Providing information on passes generated in the system. * Routing calls to the appropriate departments. * Processing manifests. You must possess leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure. Prior experience in club management or a similar environment is a plus.
