Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, punctual, and committed Messenger Driver to support messaging, logistics, timely deliveries, and vehicle maintenance in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Zone (ZMG). Position: Messenger Driver Guadalajara Metropolitan Zone (ZMG) At Grupo M.E. Piel, we seek a responsible, punctual, and committed individual with experience in courier services and extensive knowledge of the city to join our team. Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Salary and Benefits: * Base salary: $11,312.40 monthly * Monthly bonus: $3,050.00 * Timely biweekly payment ✅ We offer: * Direct employment with the company * Statutory benefits from day one * Subsidized cafeteria * Special discounts on dermatological products * Partnerships with optical stores, gyms, stationery shops, funeral homes, and more * Ongoing training * Opportunity for career growth and job stability Job Objective: Support the company’s messaging and logistics activities by ensuring timely delivery of official documentation, materials, and information, as well as proper care and maintenance of the assigned vehicle. Requirements: * Minimum education: Completed junior high school (senior high school preferred) * Minimum 1 year of experience as a messenger driver or in a similar role * Valid driver’s license (mandatory) * Extensive knowledge of the ZMG * Basic mechanical knowledge * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and organizational skills Key Responsibilities: * Safely and responsibly operate vehicles * Deliver documentation and materials * Support logistical and operational activities * Transport authorized personnel * Conduct banking transactions (deposits, check collections, procedures, etc.) * Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in optimal condition * Track preventive and corrective maintenance * Efficiently plan routes and delivery times Join a solid, humane, and committed company focused on its team’s growth.
