We take pride in being a company committed to the growth and well-being of our employees. **Job Requirements:** · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance · Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role · Gender: Unrestricted **Key Responsibilities:** · Check preparation · Expenditure budget preparation · Updating expenditure journal entries · Budgetary control: generating payments and transfers on time, and monitoring them · Vendor payments: issuing checks, collecting payment signatures, and performing daily reconciliation (debits vs. credits) · Payroll settlement: reviewing amounts, requesting funding, executing fiscal payroll disbursement, and collecting signatures on stamped receipts **Required Knowledge & Skills:** § Proficiency in accounting software § Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet usage § Strategic thinking § Excellent communication skills § Solid accounting knowledge and experience § Knowledge and experience in document filing and record-keeping techniques **We Offer:** v Salary: $3,000, paid weekly v Statutory benefits v Work schedule: Monday to Friday Employment type: Fixed-term or project-based contract Duration of contract: 6 months Salary range: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work location: Onsite Application deadline: 01/10/2026
